The company established in the name of M/s. Aeromatic Corporation at Ahmedabad by late Shri.V.C.Vadher and family on 9th September 1964, having Manufacturing facilities for Air Handling Equipments like Blower, Axial Flow Fan, Oil firing equipments like Burner, Oil Pre heater, Filter etc.

The Water Ring Vacuum Pump was developed somewhere in 1968. The same has been patented under Patent Registration No : 123219 of 1969 have achieved First National Award from NATIONAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF INDIA, NEW DELHI in the year 1974 for designing of Vacuum Pump.

In the year 1978, the company started manufacturing activities in the name of M/s. Vacunair Engineering Company and developed as well as manufactured the higher capacity Vacuum Pumps, Boilers, Thermic Fluid Heating Systems, Dryers and allied heating Systems.

In the year 1989, Vadher Family also initiated a new venture Namely M/s. Aero Therm Systems Pvt. Ltd. At Vatwa, having full fledged facilities for design and manufacturing of Boilers, Thermic Fluid Heaters, Dryers, Ovens, Furnaces, Hot Air Generators, Hot Water Generators and Allied Heating Systems.
